Organoclay viscosifier CP-EZ10
Organoclay viscosifier CP-EZ10 is a new organic bentonite product with the feature of easy dispersing, high thixotropic property and good transparency. Organoclay viscosifier can be used in low and medium polarity systems with small amount of activator and can be dispersed evenly with high-speed shearing. With outstanding anti-sagging and anti-flowing property, Organoclay viscosifier is an ideal thickening agent with stable thixotropic property.

Using
Organoclay viscosifier CP-EZ10 can be added directly in powder under high shear condition. After adding the product, add activator in amount of 20% of the organic bentonite, disperse with high-speed mixing or grinding. Examples of polar activator are Ethanol/water(95/5), Methanol/water(95/5).Polarity activator can be saved in base paint systems of easy moisturizing. The amount for regular coating is 0.2-1.5% and that for coating with high thixotropic property or thick coating is 1-2.7%.
